Whole-home and outdoor audio — multi-room systems, poolside and patio speakers, dock and deck audio, hidden in-ceiling installs.
Smart lighting and motorized shades — Lutron RadioRA 3 and Sivoia QS systems.
Home networking and WiFi — enterprise-grade mesh WiFi that actually covers the whole house, including large mountain lodges and multi-story coastal homes where standard routers fail.
TV installation — indoor, outdoor (Samsung Terrace, built to handle humidity and salt air), and mirror TVs by Seura.
Home automation — URC and other platforms that put lights, audio, video, shades, and security on one remote or app. Remote monitoring and control is especially useful for second-home owners who aren't on-site year-round.
