Yesterday, we unveiled https://hubs.ly/Q03T30Hz0, the new home for our purpose-built payments platform for cities. 🏙️ Designed as an extension of https://hubs.ly/Q03T32B00, this new site reflects our continued mission to help municipalities simplify payments, gain transparency, and modernize how money moves through local government.

The City of Boston is modernizing parking compliance with Passport’s unified platform, bringing enforcement, permitting, and payments together for the first time.

Transforming a 40-year-old system isn’t easy. Together with the Boston Transportation Department and the Office of the Parking Clerk, we focused on the people using the system every day — listening, iterating, and making sure change felt like progress, not disruption.

Now, Boston has a flexible, future-ready foundation to manage mobility citywide.
