The new BessireIT.com website is LIVE!

Over the last 13 years, Bessire IT has grown from helping with computers and everyday technology problems to supporting more than 1,200 clients throughout the Charlotte area — both at home and in their businesses.

The new website does a much better job of showing everything I can help with today.

Whether you need help with a slow computer, unreliable Wi-Fi, a printer that refuses to cooperate, a new Mac or PC, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, backups, or general technology support, there’s now a dedicated place to learn more.

For small businesses, I’ve also expanded the site to highlight services including Business IT Support, Microsoft 365, Cybersecurity, Employee IT Setup, IT Planning, Website Design, and practical AI & Automation consulting.

I’ve also added a Client Projects section showing real examples of the work I’ve been doing around Charlotte — from home Wi-Fi and computer migrations to business networking, Microsoft 365 security, websites, and complete office technology setups.

I’m excited to share that heading into 2026, www.bessireit.com has a brand-new website that better reflects how I actually work and the services I provide here in the Charlotte area.

Over the past 12 years, the work has grown beyond just fixing a computer when something breaks. More and more clients are asking for help setting things up the right way from the start — home Wi-Fi that actually covers the whole house, clean and secure Microsoft 365 environments, reliable backups, and systems they don’t have to constantly worry about. The new site was built to make those services clearer and easier to understand, without the tech jargon.

Along with the new site, I’ve expanded services going into 2026 to better support both homes and small businesses, including improved home Wi-Fi and mesh network design, Microsoft 365 setup and security, backup and recovery planning, camera and site security, and more structured network and cabling work. These are the kinds of projects that help prevent problems instead of just reacting to them.

I’m thankful for the trust so many families and businesses placed in me throughout 2025. The new BessireIT website and expanded services are really about continuing that same approach — showing up, doing the work the right way, and making technology feel dependable again.

This past weekend, I had the opportunity to work on a fun in-home tech upgrade for a client in uptown Charlotte.

We installed a brand-new mesh Wi-Fi system to boost coverage and eliminate dead zones throughout the house — especially important with multiple smart devices and streaming in every room. I also helped the client set up the Sofabaton X1S universal remote system to streamline control of their home theater components, including the projector, AV receiver, Fire Stick, and Blu-ray player — all from one remote and app.
