Pierson Wireless is proud to announce the successful deployment of a private 5G network at Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), in partnership with Insight Enterprises Inc., Ericsson and the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC).

Building on more than 13 years of work at MSP, our team helped deliver the dedicated wireless infrastructure that will support airport operations, safety, security, and future connected applications.

This project brings together deep expertise across wireless infrastructure, technology, and airport operations—and represents another step forward for private cellular networks in transportation. Read the full story: https://piersonwireless.com/partnerships/msp-airport-private-5g/

In logistics, connectivity challenges rarely look the same from one facility to the next. A warehouse, distribution center, intermodal yard or port can each bring a different mix of coverage demands, moving equipment, connected devices and operational requirements.

As operations extend beyond four walls, the network has to keep up. That’s why the conversation shouldn’t start with a technology. It should start with the environment, the use case and the problem that needs to be solved.

In our latest webinar, From Dock to Delivery: How Private Cellular Supports Today’s Logistics Networks, Sean Cavanaugh and Don Gawf explored where private cellular fits—and where it can complement existing Wi-Fi infrastructure.

Stay tuned as we continue the conversation, exploring why private cellular is increasingly part of the connectivity strategy across today’s evolving industries.
