Did you know that within GuardianRx’s Care Management Module you are able to document and track a vast amount of patient data? As you enter patients in the GuardianRx system a record is also created in the Care Management module. The data includes not only the patient’s biographical information (e.g. name, address, phone, and marital status) but also lifestyle data, monitoring items such as blood pressure and cholesterol, and gives you the ability to document and bill for Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services.
