UPDATE IN SALES AND SERVICE POLICY:

Effective immediately, Tennessee Technology Solutions will no longer complete sales with or provide two-way radio services to anyone under 18 years of age.

This policy applies to all customers and is intended to ensure that our business relationships, service agreements, and account responsibilities are established with individuals who are legally able to enter into those arrangements independently.

This policy is not intended to discourage anyone under 18 from developing or exploring their interest in two-way radio, communications, or related technologies. I am always glad to see young people take an interest in these areas and encourage that interest and exploration to continue. It is my goal through my TikTok channel and other social media presence to encourage those with an interest to explore it, and have fun learning. Passion towards hobbies many times can lead to very exciting and lucrative professional careers, and that should always be encouraged.

That being said, it is not in the best interest of my business to permit sales or establish service accounts for individuals under 18 when I cannot independently verify that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and approved the purchase or service request.

Parents or legal guardians who wish to establish an account or purchase equipment on behalf of someone under 18 must reach out directly to authorize and complete any sale or service activation for VRS. If this is not possible, the order or service request will be cancelled.

I work hard to provide professional, responsive service and to support my customers with honesty, fairness, and attention to detail. In return, I expect my customers to respect my time, scheduling, inventory commitments, and invoice terms.

• Quotes and invoices are issued with the expectation of genuine intent to purchase
• Inventory may be held or reserved once invoiced
• Payment arrangements and timelines should be honored as listed on the invoice
• If circumstances change, communication to my office regarding such is expected

As a small business supporting public safety and mission-critical communications customers, repeated misuse of my quoting or invoicing process impacts my ability to serve others efficiently.

Customers or agencies that repeatedly fail to communicate, fail to remit payment on invoices within the terms, or repeatedly misuse my quoting process may be subject to temporary or permanent discontinuation of service.

Most issues regarding invoices and invoice terms can be cleared up or adjusted with a quick conversation, and I am happy to accommodate if there is an issue, but it must be communicated to me.
