🌟 Employee Spotlight🌟 We’re excited to spotlight Jasmine Carter, who joined BlueWater Federal Solutions in summer 2025 and supports facility planning and workplace management initiatives for Navy Headquarters in D.C. Jasmine brings 10 years of experience in architecture and interior design, along with 10 years of service in the United States Air Force Reserve. She also owns and operates New Neighbor Modular LLC, a startup centered on innovative modular, container, and affordable housing concepts.

When she’s not working, Jasmine is studying for her Architecture Registration Exams, running, bodybuilding training, and spending time with her dogs. Jasmine has continued to go above and beyond on every project, helping deliver the best possible product for NAVSEA. Thank you Jasmine for your hard work, dedication, and the great impact you have made on the team!

Today, we recognize Flag Day and the historical significance of the American flag as a symbol of our nation’s values and identity.

Flag Day commemorates June 14, 1777, when the Second Continental Congress adopted the Flag Resolution, establishing the design of the first official U.S. flag.

It is a reminder of the sacrifices made by so many and the ideals we strive to uphold every day. Today we recognize the symbol of unity, freedom, resilience, and the values that continue to bring us together.

🌟 Employee Spotlight🌟 We’re excited to recognize Chris Ward, a valued member of our Finance team, as he celebrates 12 years with the company. Chris joined BlueWater as an Accounts Payable Specialist and quickly earned a reputation for being reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking. Over the years, he has grown into his current role as Senior Accountant, taking on increasing responsibility and becoming an integral part of our financial operations.

Chris has also played a key role in several major company transitions, including multiple office moves, renovations, and a later office closure, consistently helping ensure operations ran smoothly throughout each process. He has done an outstanding job balancing these additional responsibilities alongside his daily work. In his current role, Chris manages expense reporting, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger functions with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. He is also a trusted resource for both employees and external vendors, always approachable, responsive, and willing to help.

Chris’s knowledge, teamwork, and dedication make him an invaluable member of our Finance team. Thank you, Chris, for 12 years of hard work, commitment, and contributions to the company’s success!
