2011: I spent five years as the Head Campaign Builder/Mad Scientist at Infusionsoft; one of the world’s top sales and marketing automation tools built exclusively for entrepreneurial small businesses.
2013-2016: I speak at Infusionsoft's annual ICON user conference; always an advanced training session on automation.
2014: I was approached by a publisher to write the "Infusionsoft Cookbook"; which has sold over 1,000 copies as of 2021.
2016: The same publisher invites me to turn the "Infusionsoft Cookbook" into 3 online video training courses.
2016: I speak at Infusionsoft's annual partner conference (PCON); advanced training session on automation for Infusionsoft Partners exclusively.
2017: I speak again at ICON and PCON. I am also invited to speak at the Internet Marketing Expo in Texas on my 'Unassisted Weekly Redeemer" model.
2018: I was invited to speak at a private event in Hollywood for models & actors teaching social media strategies and tactics.
2019: Digital Marketer invites me to Austin to speak at one of their private certified partner trainings about The Business Stack and Scoreboard.
2020: Phoenix Startup Week invites me to speak about The Business Stack. Infusionsoft, now rebranded as Keap, resumes events and I am invited to speak at their certified partner conference (PKON) about Facebook Advertising.
2021: Keap invites me to speak on multi-channel advertising at their annual user event (IKON). We all have dreams, here is mine: my dream is to have 1000's of trained and certified Knights of Automation that help small businesses provide superior customer service with modern automation methods.
