After some time behind the scenes restructuring and planning the next chapter, I’m excited to announce that The Mac Surgeon is officially back online.
What started during the COVID shutdowns as a mobile Apple repair and support service quickly grew into something much bigger. From 2020–2023, our small team helped thousands of customers and businesses, generating over 1.2 million in service revenue and earning 300 + 4- and 5-star reviews along the way.
We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who trusted us with their devices, businesses, and inside of their residential locations during the 2020-2023 post covid era in Los Angeles - specifically the good people of Pasadena and Woodland Hills.
As technology evolves, so does our focus.
The Mac Surgeon is now transitioning toward Apple-focused IT services for businesses, including:
• On-Demand IT Support for companies
• Remote Help Desk services
• Overflow ticket handling for internal IT teams
• Apple device expertise for organizations that need support without hiring full-time staff
Hardware repair is what started this journey, and we’ll always be proud of that foundation. But the future of technology is software, automation, and AI-driven systems — and that’s where we’re headed.
This is just the beginning of the next phase.
