Option A: They leave a voicemail. Maybe you call back in 2 hours. Maybe 4. Maybe tomorrow. By then they've already called two other plumbers and booked with whoever answered first.

When a homeowner notices a leak or gets a storm damage notice, they're making a decision within 48 hours. They're not comparing 10 quotes. They're calling the first 2-3 they find.

Paid ads put you at the top of that search the moment they need you. Not next week. Not when the algorithm feels like showing your post. Right now, when they're standing in their kitchen looking at a water stain on the ceiling.

Step 1: Something breaks.
Step 2: They Google "plumber near me."
Step 3: They look at the top 3 results.
Step 4: They check reviews.
Step 5: They call the one that looks the most legit.

That's it. No research. No comparison shopping. They're standing in water and they need someone NOW.

If you're not in those top 3 results, you don't exist in that moment. Everything else — your experience, your warranty, your pricing — doesn't matter if they never find you.
