Success needs to be grounded in happiness, enjoyment and fulfillment .. not the accolades or “trophies” you get along the way.
I don't get my self-worth from being an entrepreneur—I get it from being liked for my humanity by the people that know me best. Having pride in your craft and job are beautiful things, but one's self-worth should be simpler and far nobler than a career.
Don't tie your identity and self-worth to achievements; it's a vulnerable game.
