This month, in celebration of Carnival, we are offering a 20%discount on our spectacular Carnivale Coffee.

Carnivale has as much caffeine as we could put in it and still have that superb coffee taste. It isn't as jittery as a grocery store's canned coffee, but still a good buzz. The idea was to make a delicious Diner style coffee with some "all nighter" qualities. Ample amounts of robusta coffee beans and a quick hot roast preserve a lot of the caffeine.

We nicknamed this coffee "Vortex Brew" after vacationing in Sedona, AZ. Somehow, the images of the masked partiers dancing around a swirling cup of coffee, reminded us of what the spiritual vortex would look like.

Carnivale Coffee is traditionally delivered by a mysterious mustached man dressed in black with a beret - on Carnival Eve. Carnivale Coffee should brew throughout the evening into the wee hours of Ash Wednesday. It is customary to leave a beverage and sweet note for the Carnival man delivering the coffee on Carnival Eve.

Carnival Man, unlike Santa, delivers coffee through an open door or window. Other beverages are usually exchanged on this holiday.
