Sunrise has been experiencing Xfinity internet issues for two months now.

We apologize if you've had issues calling us and experienced any issues with our service over the past two months. Xfinity knows what the issues is. A bad cable across the street from out store, but as of now has not fixed it, nor given us a date that they will fix this. We have had technicians out to see what the problem is and they have admitted what needs to be done. They just havn't done the repair yet. No date, no offer to give us a hot spot or a way around the problem. Nothing. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.

If anyone who reads this works for Comcast or knows a manager who works in customer support for the business devision please call Sunrise and explain why you cannot fix our internet. Everything we do relies on internet. I can accept a day with out it working properly but as of now we are going on two months.

Since they cannot and have not fixed our internet, they have kindly offered a $88.53 discount. Wow, so we need to continue to pay them for bad service and the discount for that is $88.53 for two months bad service. Our internet services that we can use are limited. Comcast is the only provider that normally could give us the proper service we require at our store. We are sort of over a barrel.

Again, I apologize that their lack of service is affecting our service to you, our customer.

Sunrise would like to thank GearHouse Brewing Co. and The Plate Scrapers for a lovely evening. We had a wonderful time doing sound production for them. What a talented bunch of guys and great people to work with. They had a respectable crowd even with the thick smoke and looming bad weather. The rain held off through the whole event. Thanks again guys.

Sunrise made a trip to DC on Thursday to do an install for the St. Marks Players. The theater group was struggling with some older Shure BLX microphones that just were not cutting it in the RF heavy DC area. We provided them with 12 brand new Shure SLXD transmitters and the newly released Shure SLXD QUAD receivers. The wide band receivers are able to navigate the tangle of RF signals that are all over DC with ease. I think we will now have happy Thespians..
