We have identified an issue that is affecting the entire NDemand network. We are currently do not have an ETA on when service will be restored. Updates will be posted here as information becomes available.

Repairs have been completed at the Murvaul and 315 sites. Service has been restored system wide. You may need to power cycle your equipment to reconnect. If your service is still down after power cycling your equipment please call the call center for further assistance.

The repair crew has been on site this morning working to restore service to the Murvaul and 315 area. Estimated time for repairs to be completed is 2:30pm. We will post an update when repairs are completed.

After installing replacement equipment it was discovered that the lightning damage was more extensive than originally thought. The repair crew will be back on site in the morning to complete repairs. An update will be posted tomorrow when we have an estimate of when the repairs will be completed.

A repair crew is onsite replacing equipment that was damaged during the storms that came through the area last night. At this time we do not have an estimate for when repairs will be completed. An update will be posted here as soon as new information is available.

A direct lightning strike at the Tenaha site is causing a service outage system wide. We have a tower crew scheduled to climb Wednesday morning and replace the damaged equipment. Updates will be provided via email and Facebook as repairs are made.

Repairs have been completed at the Fitze site. Service has been restored system wide.

Update on the service outage: Engineering has determined that a tower climb will be required to complete repairs at the Fitze site. A tower crew will be on site in the morning.

Swift Tower update: The Swift tower owner has hired an outside firm to conduct an investigation to determine what caused the tower to fall last Friday afternoon. As of 2/1/24 that investigation is still ongoing. We are not allowed to recover our equipment from the tower site until the investigation is complete. In the meantime we are in the process of securing a space for our equipment on a nearby tower. NDemand has stopped billing customers who are affected by the outage and will issue account credits for the time customers were without service when service is restored. We are very sorry for this inconvenience and know are working as quickly as possible to restore service to the area.

We are currently experiencing a service outage system wide due to an issue at our carrier. Our Engineers are working with our carrier to resolve the issue.

The tower at Swift has suffered a catastrophic failure while the site owners were performing maintenance this afternoon. At this time we do not have an ETA when service can be restored. We will post updates as information becomes available.
