As a local small business owner, I wanted to take a moment to share what I do and where I'm going!

My business, Technically Easier, provides remote and on-site tech support to help you get your technology working for you, not against you.

For the past 15 years, I've been helping people set up printers, new computers, Wi-Fi networks, and offering patient, personalized technology education.

My Specialties:
On-site & Remote Support: I come to you or fix things from afar.
Personalized Education: Making technology understandable.
The 55+ Community: I specialize in providing dedicated, clear support for this group, but I happily work with all ages!

I had an awesome opportunity to sit down with the great CJ from Technically Easier and get to know him and what he does. ✊ He provides an amazing service by educating the 55+ community in and around the Cedar Rapids area about how to use technology, as well as some in-home setups and repairs! 👨‍💻 We spoke in length about his 15+ years of experience in the education, printer, and telecommunications fields. We also discussed his expertise in website design, streaming and media setups, as well as his donation and charity work.
