If you are looking for a position within our NOC as a Guest Support Specialist, helping end users gain access to internet resources at the properties we support, then we may be a great fit for you!

This is a help desk position, answering inbound calls and making follow up calls when a caller leaves a voicemail, NO SELLING! You do not need to have any technical background. However; If you do in the following areas: mobile devices, laptops, gaming systems, etc., it can surely help transition you into this new role.

The starting salary range is $13-$15 per hour for this part time position. If your availability includes evenings and weekends, and a couple of holidays, then lets sit down and discuss opportunities here at Ovation Networks.

We are currently seeing a Nationwide Outage from the National Internet Transport, that is affecting a majority of our hotels from accessing many internet sites. The issue is being addressed, as we are informed of a resolution, we will provide further details.

To all of our WiFi Customers:

Our Guest Technical Support Center had been devastated by Category 2 Hurricane winds causing much of our state to be with out power and internet services. While we are busy working on a temporary solution, the call center is currently down. We are working as quick as possible on voice-mails that we receive, however even cellular coverage has been impacted by the storm.

Please bear with as we attempt to recover all of our services as quickly as possible!
