Juniper, one of our office dogs ate all the treats at the front desk while we were all out for lunch. We got back and asked "Who did this?" (in that deep unapproving parent tone) and she took herself to her timeout place in the bathroom. So hard not to laugh!

Takilma and Sunstar folks: We got an auto-notification that the batteries were low at the tower. Chris was already out the door on his way before the tower power went down. He'll get you up and running ASAP.

Hey good news! Most of the tower is usable and all the electronics seem to be good! We'll have to replace a solar panel and shorten the tower a bit. But it's great that we don't have to wait for any new parts to come in. We need a good pipe welder that has a remote set up. If you know of anyone, let us know!

Takilma and Sunstar customers: Someone has torn down our Takilma tower. No one has admitted doing it at this time. We will do everything we can to get you guys back up.

Note to our fiber customers out there today. If you're having problems with your internet service, unplug your router from power for a minute and then plug it back in. If you're still having problems, please give us a call.

Ok it prob doesn’t get THAT bad but you never know…😅

✅ Place your router in a central spot
✅ Keep it elevated on a shelf or table
✅ Give it space to breathe
✅ Keep it visible enough for signal to travel freely
