Greetings,
We just wanted to post an update as to our warranty policies:
1. We offer a 30 day warranty on parts and labor. If we make a mistake we will fix it at no cost to you.
2. We DO NOT offer a warranty on other repairs shops work. If you bring us a device that has been repaired by another shop we will do our best to correct their mistake but our normal charges will apply.For example if you bring us a device that has a cracked screen and during the replacement of that screen we discover that the device has been worked on somewhere else, if there are parts missing we cannot be held accountable for anything other than replacing the cracked screen that has been presented to us. There is no way of telling what damage may have been done prior to bringing us the device. We will not begin a repair on a device that has been tampered with without a)informing you of any parts already missing b) your verbal permission to continue on with the repair for which the device was brought in for. If your device is not working when presented to us and a replacement screen gets the device turned on and working , you are responsible for paying for the repair in full. If there are underlying issues that prevent the device from functionally fully , and you have disclosed to us that one of more other shops have worked on the device in the past and one of those issues remains an issue from a prior repair we do not offer a discount or refund under any circumstances. We will gladly diagnose the problem for you and do the repair for you as a completely separate repair. If you do not wish for the additional repair to be done by us and refuse payment for the repair to which you brought us the device originally, we will gladly refund your money and put the old glass back on your device for you.
3) Visual diagnostics are free, however if we open your device for further advanced diagnostics there is an automatic non refundable bench fee of $40. This bench fee will go towards the repair of your device if you should choose to have it repaired. Our technicians must get paid for their time. We know your time is valuable but you have to understand that ours is too.
4)) Electronic devices are not meant to last forever. If you present us a device that has severe prior damages , we will inform you that any repair that you are having done is a temporary fix. If in our diagnostics we find that the device is beyond reasonable repair and you still wish to have a repair done against the advisement of one of our technicians you are doing so at your own risk and will not be eligible for any form of warranty. We are not manufactures of devices we repair them and unreal expectations are just that unreal.
As always we will do our best to repair your device and in almost all situations we are able to do so. But if a device is not repairable it is not. Getting angry and speaking abusively to our technicians will not resolve any issues and will not be tolerated.
