Help Desk IT Support

Responsibilities and Duties
• Configure and maintain Servers, PC’s, network switches, routers, and access points.
• Configure and monitor data backups.
• Maintain security with antivirus, group policies, and software patches.
• Manage user accounts and related Active Directory security.
• Remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.
• Remotely assist clients with support needs
• Document all work performed in ticketing system.

Qualifications and Skills
• Connectwise Experience Preferred
• Basic Microsoft Windows Server experience
• Basic Microsoft Exchange/O365 experience
• Basic VMware vSphere experience
• General Network experience
• Wired, Wireless, Router, and Firewall experience
• VoIP experience a plus

We hope you are all enjoying your holidays!

Hi-Tech had such a great time at our holiday party on Friday, that we forgot to take pictures and videos.

On Friday, we were catered by the amazing Big River BBQ. They made the process of feeding 40 people easy. On top of that, the food was so tasty that our staff fought over who got to take home leftovers, especially the Mexican street corn. Thank you BRB!

This holiday season, our team was able to raise $3520 for charity. We chose to donate our funds to The Pink Fund, which helps support breast cancer patients for up to three months with both their medical and personal expenses, as well as so much more!

We want to thank our staff for their hard work in 2022! Our team met our financial goal so early, that we set another. We successfully met and exceeded our second financial goal as well!

As always, we also want to thank our community and clients. We truly appreciate you all!

General Accounting
• Create Policies and Procedures for Accounting Department
• Create Budgets
• Create Forecasts
• Maintain QuickBooks Application
• Ensure that Inventory is correct by performing physical inventory and ensure products going in and out of inventory are accounted for and accurate
• Review Financials and provide management with accounting reports weekly
• Logon to all credit cards to check for any unknown activity
• Reconcile monthly statements from vendors
• Credit card account reconciliation (monthly)
• Review financials/month end (monthly)

Accounts Payable
• Enter Payable invoices into accounting system
• Pay vendor invoices that have been approved for payment
• Tracking of all outstanding orders and parts – notify purchasing of any back ordered items so they can search elsewhere
• Print Vendor invoices and make sure dollar amounts match on tickets/Sales orders and that if they are serialized, they are marked accordingly in inventory
• Assist Purchasing with any question they may have
• Review tickets that are marked “waiting on parts” to ensure the status is correct (weekly)
• Assist with physical inventory and balance inventory amounts (Quarterly)
• Back up Purchasing (as needed)
