Current ETA from APS for power restoral to the downtown area is 1:30 am

Currently there is power outage in the downtown area. APS does not have a current ETA for restoral. We will continue to reach out to them for updates. This outage will affect Internet service for all of our customers. As soon as power is restored the Internet will come back up automatically. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing our customers.

The unfortunate downside of satellite internet is beginning to show itself and it will continue to get worse as time goes on.

The satellite internet service imposes a 1Mbps speed cap for Priority customers who exceed their monthly data allotment. It's likely intended to get business customers to pay more.

Pinal County Residents, make sure that your alarm permits are up to date, we are in monsoon season and there is a higher rate of false alarms with glassbreak and motion sensors and even some door sensors being opened during the strong winds that we experience this time of year. Its better to be proactive and not receive a fine from the city or county for a false alarm.
