For all of you out there that think clear is clear. These where sprayed about 24 hours apart 3-4 weeks ago. The top is the value "store brand" less than 100 for a gallon and quart of activator. The bottom is HOK USC01. Both sat in the bottom of a mix cup next to each in the shop until today. As you can see the store brand has dulled out and lost all of it clarity where the HOK is still clear and you can see the scratches in the counter beneath. Now I am not say the value line don't have there place. I keep it around for practices new techniques, spray outs for color samples proof of consept a shop that is not trying new styles amd techniques is going to die. But a shop that is not producing quality finish will also die.
