IMPORTANT PAPER SUPPLY UPDATE

We want to make our customers aware of a significant nationwide paper supply disruption that may affect the availability of certain paper stocks in the coming months.

On July 27, a Neenah paper distribution warehouse was struck by a tornado and destroyed. Due to the loss of the facility and its paper inventory, Neenah is not projected to resume operations until January 2027, as they work to rebuild their paper stock.

This is not an availability issue limited to Complete Printing & Publishing. The loss will affect paper supplies nationwide as existing inventories are depleted throughout the distribution network. Certain Neenah and specialty stocks may become difficult or impossible to obtain until supplies are replenished.

We will do everything we can to minimize the impact on our customers. If the paper specified for your project is unavailable, we will work with our suppliers to locate inventory and, when necessary, recommend the closest available substitute.

This is where we may need your help. Keeping your project on schedule may require some flexibility in paper selection. We may ask you to consider a comparable stock from another manufacturer or a different weight, finish, color, or texture.

Our Customer Service team will work with you to find the best available alternative while maintaining the quality and appearance of your printed piece as closely as possible.

We appreciate your patience and flexibility as the printing and paper industries work through this unexpected nationwide supply disruption.

As a reminder, Complete Printing & Publishing is a commercial printing company. We do not offer small quantity/while-you-wait services such as quick copies, quick laminating or faxes. We typically service businesses, churches, schools and government organizations.

All commercial printing orders are scheduled into production in the order they are received to ensure every customer receives the attention and quality they deserve.

We always do our best to help when customers are in a bind — even when their original orders were placed elsewhere. We understand online pricing can look appealing, but it often doesn’t include shipping costs in the quote or include the service, speed, or accountability that comes with working with a local printer.

Complete Printing & Publishing has an immediate job opening for an Estimator/Customer Service Representative.
