A decade ago, a small group of developers holed up in an apartment in Sugar Land, Texas and began writing code for what would become GoRev.
Back in 2015, there were few — if any — platforms built specifically to handle the complexities of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. Fortunately, this team wasn’t just fluent in Computer Science — they were steeped in RCM. A rare combination, and exactly what the industry needed.
GoRev first made its mark in the Freestanding Emergency Room space, where Out-of-Network billing dominated and claims management chaos was choking cash flow. It was a mess. GoRev came to the rescue — bringing automation, clarity, and control.
Since those early days, GoRev has grown into something much more. While we’re still proud to offer best-in-class RCM tools, the platform has expanded into a full Practice Management System — including a powerful Laboratory Information Management System and solutions used by: ER's, Hospitals, ASCs, Labs and some of the top Billing Companies in Healthcare.
Today, thousands of users rely on GoRev every day — all supported by a team that still believes customer service should be personal, even in the software world.
