You can tell when Adam is in the office. Not because he's loud, but because everyone around him is in a better mood. He's walking proof that the happiest place on earth is wherever he happens to be standing. 😍

Adam is celebrating five years at SEP today, which is actually nine if you count his first tour from 2012 to 2016. He came back in 2021 and has been the guy who keeps the magic in our brand ever since.✨

Five years. Nine years. Either way, we're glad he's here.
Happy anniversary, Adam!!

Happy 10-year anniversary, Ryan Hermann! Since joining SEP in 2016, Ryan has grown our IT department into a team that keeps SEP's infrastructure secure, stable, and ready for whatever comes next. As Director of IT & Security, he brings a rare mix of technical depth and genuine approachability, always willing to jump in and help, whether it's a quick fix or a bigger strategic challenge. 👏 Thank you for ten great years, Ryan!

Kevin Hammond is retiring after more than 15 years at SEP. 💜 That's a lot of projects, a lot of problems solved, and a lot of SEP memories.

In his own words, "It has been an honor to work at SEP. These past 15 years have been nothing short of amazing. I am so appreciative to be a part of the best software company in the country."

Thank you, Kevin, for 15 incredible years. Congratulations on a very well-earned retirement and on everything that comes next.

Fifteen years of volunteer shifts at Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana Inc., and we still leave every one of them glad we came. So it meant a lot to be part of their latest win! The SEP Foundation joined seven other donors to help Gleaners fund a new refrigerated truck, and we couldn't be prouder to have a small hand in it. 💟

Interns aren't a side program at SEP. They're on real project teams, working with real clients, backed by a mentor who's invested in their growth, from day one.

We wanted to hear what that actually looks like from the people living it, so we sat down with this year's cohort and asked them to be honest. What surprised them. What they'll remember. What they'd tell the next class walking in the door.

Read their take (and watch them tell it) 👇

Happy 10-year anniversary, Bennie! Over the years, he has become the one who can juggle a dozen priorities and still make it look easy, all while working closely with clients to bring clarity. As a leader and mentor, he's never one to take the easy way out, and he'll happily speak up to make sure the team is building the right things for the business. Add in the fun energy and collaborative spirit he brings to every project, and it's easy to see why people love working with him. Thanks for ten wonderful years, Bennie! 👏
