Last Thursday at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, we had the opportunity to celebrate the people who represent those values at the highest level.
From Safety and Quality to Urgency, Accountability, and Nimbleness, the 2025 Core Value Award recipients embody what makes SQUAN strong. Not only through the work they do, but through the way they support their teams, solve problems, lead under pressure, and show up for one another.
We were also proud to recognize this year’s SQUAN Impact Award recipient, honoring an individual whose leadership, influence, and contributions have made a lasting impact across the organization and the people around them.
With more than 100 peer nominations submitted across the company, this program continues to reflect something powerful: recognition means more when it comes from the people beside you every day.
