Eleven years in, and today feels like a new beginning for Digital Empathy.
We're unveiling a new logo, a new brand, and a completely rebuilt website. We're also becoming a technology company that builds its own products for veterinary practices, starting with Vet Call Insights.
Why now? We're entering a period where small teams can do incredible things. Ideas that were out of reach even a few years ago are achievable. So we asked ourselves a hard question: if practices can do more now than ever before, what does it take to be a partner worth having? Answering it meant challenging assumptions we'd held for years and rebuilding Digital Empathy from the ground up.
But most importantly, the Digital Empathy you know isn't going anywhere. Marketing, websites, Google Ads, SEO, and more is still at the heart of what we do—just with better bones under it, because staying ahead of what's coming is our job, not yours. In a world where most software automates away the relationship, everything we build is in service of one thing: strengthening it.
Our Founder & CEO, Robert Sanchez, wrote about where we're headed next, and what it means for our clients: https://digitalempathyvet.com/perspectives/why-we-rebuilt-digital-empathy/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=rebrand-social&utm_content=company-page
This is just the start.
Pet owners have changed how they choose a vet, so we changed too: a new brand, a new website, and technology built for independent practices.
