StickMan had a long string of OSHA safety signs to complete this week. Grueling. Try every workplace hazard accident ever known to man, and StickMan was the model. He is now expert on 1001 ways to kill yourself, understands the intrinsic value of OSHA, and will never run with scissors again. Poor StickMan! With a well-earned paycheck, he is ready to punch out. Have a safe weekend everyone!

A positive attitude is indeed a super power. Very little can be accomplished in this world, or in your small business without it. You can add this ingredient to your small business without cost. This is true in small business, as well as any endeavor of any value or importance at all. If you are risk averse, we recommend NOT starting a small business, because you face risk every single day. Thanks, Neil, for modeling this kind of bravery, and for reminding us just how small and fragile our blue marble really is. Thank you for reminding us that we indeed are small.

Every entrepreneur, whether just a start up or a successful business owner of many years, needs other people to be successful. No person is 'self-made'. The person who thinks so, is simply not aware of all the many people and mentors that have invested and poured themselves into their life. Neil didn't get to the moon alone. Who has taught you great things? Who has given you a helping hand? Don't forget to say thank you.

Maybe StickMan is a bit too excited for the last day in July? After all, it won't be too long and summer will be over.
