Most prospects are not ready to talk to a recruiter the first time they encounter your firm.

Neither are most passive candidates.

That is where content matters.

Useful insights.
Relevant expertise.
Answers to real questions.
A consistent point of view.

Each interaction gives someone another reason to understand and trust your firm before they need your services.

Recruiters Websites helps recruiting firms turn what they know into content that keeps building credibility over time.

A lot of recruiters avoid posting links on LinkedIn.
They’ve been told it kills reach.
That’s not entirely true.

Links don’t fail.
Context does.

On personal profiles, posts with links often get less engagement because they pull people away from the platform.

On company pages, links actually perform better because the goal is distribution, not conversation.

Two different roles. Two different outcomes.
The mistake is treating them the same.

If your goal is engagement, keep people on LinkedIn.
If your goal is traffic, use links strategically.

Both can work.
Just not in the same way.

If you want to see how LinkedIn performance is shifting, this report is worth a read:

Most recruiters are missing the easiest way to get more comments on LinkedIn.

They never tell people what to do.

They share a post and hope for engagement.

That’s not how it works.

People need direction.

Not vague prompts.

Not “thoughts?”

Clear, simple questions.

The easier it is to respond, the more likely someone will.

Small change, big difference.

Instead of ending your next post with nothing, try this:

“What are you seeing in your market right now?”

Or

“Which of these is the bigger challenge for you?”

It doesn’t need to be complicated.

It just needs to be intentional.

If you want more engagement, start by giving people a reason to engage.

If LinkedIn isn’t generating conversations yet, this is one of the easiest places to fix it.

If you’re not asking questions in your LinkedIn posts, you’re making it harder than it needs to be.

Most posts just… end.
No prompt. No direction. No reason to respond.
And then people wonder why there are no comments.

LinkedIn favors interaction. Comments matter more than almost anything else.

But people rarely comment unless you give them a reason.

Not a vague “thoughts?”
A real question.

Something specific. Something easy to answer.
Something that connects to their experience.

Simple example: “What’s been harder this year. Finding clients or closing them?”

That’s the difference.

You don’t need better content.
You need a better ending.

So here’s one:

What’s been the harder problem for your firm lately?
Finding clients?
Or converting them?

If you’re trying to get more out of LinkedIn this year, it starts here.

Carousels are outperforming almost everything else on LinkedIn right now.

Most recruiters still aren’t using them.

And the few who are… are doing it poorly.

It is easy to assume bigger recruiting firms have the advantage.

Bigger budgets.
Larger teams.
More resources.

But size is not what wins online.

Clear positioning, consistent messaging, and a strong digital presence often outperform a larger firm trying to appeal to everyone.

Smaller recruiting firms have the opportunity to be more focused, more specialized, and more memorable.

Recruiters Websites helps recruiting firms build digital strategies that play to their strengths, not their size.

Content is one of the most underutilized tools in recruiting.

Not because firms are not posting.
Because the content is not aligned.

Topics shift.
Messages change.
Positioning gets diluted.

When content is tied to a clear niche and a clear point of view, it starts to build authority over time.

Most recruiting firms are relying on the wrong part of LinkedIn to grow.

It’s not your company page.
It’s you.

Here’s the difference most firms miss.

Most recruiters focus on what to post.
Very few think about when it actually matters.

On LinkedIn, the first 24 to 48 hours decide almost everything.

That’s when your post gets pushed, tested, and either expands or dies.

If it gets engagement early, it spreads.
If it doesn’t, it disappears.

That means two things:
Timing matters more than most people think
And early engagement matters even more

This is why inconsistent posting leads to inconsistent results.

You’re not building momentum.
You’re resetting the algorithm every time.

If LinkedIn is part of your growth strategy, you can’t treat it like an afterthought.

If you’ve been putting off updating your website, this is usually why:

- You don’t want to start from scratch
- You don’t want a long, drawn-out process
- You’re not sure what direction to take

That’s exactly why we built Blueprints.
And it’s why we keep adding new options like Empire.

If your current site isn’t helping you win business, this is a much simpler place to start.
