Today is a great day to stop by Room 354 and check out THE MAIN SEQUENCE SYSTEM Ex Machina Soundworks x Danville Signal Processing

The Main Sequence System is what happens when the right minds in physics, acoustics, material science, loudspeaker design, and digital signal processing build toward a single objective: accuracy.

Ex Machina Soundworks brought its loudspeaker design expertise, acoustic engineering, and proprietary DSP algorithms. Danville Signal Processing, well known in the audiophile community for their DSP Nexus processor platform, contributed the processing architecture. Purifi supplied the drivers and amplification. The result is a complete, integrated loudspeaker ecosystem, conceived and engineered as a single instrument rather than a collection of components.

The system centers on a pair of MTM loudspeakers built in Durasein, each loaded with customized dual Purifi PTT10.0X woofers and a custom SEAS C18 coaxial driver featuring Composite Sound Metamodal TX™ TPCD technology in both the mid and high diaphragms. Driving them is a customized DSP Nexus 8-channel processor developed specifically for this collaboration, running Ex Machina's proprietary impulse response, FIR, IIR algorithms, and LR4 digital zero-phase crossovers, with per-driver time correction accurate to within half a sample at 192kHz. The processor and two matching amplifier chassis are housed in bespoke enclosures built to complement the loudspeakers, finished to order. Purifi 6525SA amplification, delivering 450 watts per channel, completes the signal chain.

The Main Sequence System is sold as a complete integrated ecosystem: loudspeakers, amplifiers, and DSP processor as one.

High fidelity audio is evolving and the best days are ahead of us. Visit us in Room 354 to hear how we are using the technology of today to define the legendary sound of tomorrow.

We are pairing our flagship dspNexus DSP Audio Processor and companion amplifier with state-of-the-art Ex Machina loudspeakers. This is next-level acoustic mastery. By leveraging advanced signal processing for both frequency and impulse response correction, we achieve a level of clarity and timing that traditional passive components simply cannot match. The result is a soundstage with a solid, authoritative foundation and surgical precision.

There’s nothing better than hearing what a system sounds like in person, is there? It’s an opportunity to hear the music and the story behind why brands do what they do. It’s an opportunity to make new friends and enjoy a moment of great music together.

It’s amazing how music can bring people together. Danville Signal founder Al Clark first met Jim Winey of Magnepan nearly 50 years ago, forging a bond over a shared desire to create great audio systems.

As many of you know, we've championed the power of Open Architecture Maggies for years—and our demos featuring the dspNexus DSP Audio Processor have consistently landed us on "Best of Show" lists.

This year, we're adding a serious talent to the band: Ex Machina Soundworks.

Since no one buys Maggies for their deep bass, we challenged a company known for incredible studio monitor tech to create something revolutionary: an Open Baffle Subwoofer engineered to perfectly complement the planar magic. They delivered and the result is a new level of synergy.

Today is your last day at CAF to join us to experience old-school audio artistry meeting next-level acoustic mastery. Hear how the dspNexus DSP Active Crossover seamlessly integrates the breathtaking clarity of Open Architecture Magnepans with the robust, solid bass foundation of Ex Machina's new subs.

We invite you to come visit Room 702 to hear the magic!
