Congratulations to our September Employee of the Month, Davonte Hickman! 🎉

Davonte holds a team-first mindset. He is always flexible, dependable, and willing to give extra support to the people around him rather than only focusing on his own responsibilities. While training to become an Adjuster, he put his own development on hold to help the Stockroom and Warehouse navigate staffing shortages, catch up on stock orders, resolve outstanding issues, and train new employees.

Thank you Davonte for going above and beyond, it truly makes a difference across our team.

Today, we remember September 11, 2001, and honor the lives we lost, the families forever changed, and the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger to help others.

We will never forget the strength, sacrifice, and unity that carried our nation through one of its darkest days.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
