At our very first Care Team Prayer Lunch, the Brilliant Equipment Services team came together with one purpose — to lift each other up in prayer and extend that care to our vendors and customers as well. 🙏

We believe strong teams are built on more than hard work — they’re built on support, encouragement, and genuine care for one another. Taking time to pray together reminds us that behind every partnership and every service call are people who matter.

Grateful for a team that leads with heart and a company culture that values connection, compassion, and community.

24 custom skids.
12,000 lbs of 38kV breakers.
Built, loaded and on the road to Texas in record time.

Each breaker weighed roughly 500 lbs and required custom skid dimensions for proper support, secure banding placement and safe forklift handling during transport.

What most people see is the equipment leaving the yard.
What they don’t see is the coordination behind it.

Our decommissioning projects rely heavily on the warehouse crew back in North Carolina for logistical support, custom crating/skids, tooling and fast problem solving when supplier lead times don’t match project demands.

Proud of this crew for stepping up and executing under pressure.

Yesterday during our company-wide meeting, we introduced our new Care Team — and honestly, it may be one of the most meaningful initiatives we’ve launched. ❤️

Not because it drives revenue.
Not because it improves KPIs.
But because life happens to people.

The purpose of this team is simple:
To support employees, their families, customers, and vendors with care, generosity, and dignity during times of need.

Here’s what that looks like in action:
• Celebrating milestones and wins
• Recognizing people who live out our values
• Checking in consistently and supporting one another beyond “work”

Huge appreciation to Mitch and Trish for stepping into leadership roles for this initiative.

Culture isn’t built through mission statements on a wall.
It’s built in the moments when people feel seen, supported, and cared for.

Our first Prayer Lunch is May 26th at The Cutting Board, and I’m excited to see how this grows.
