Important Tech Safety Update:

We want to remind everyone to stay vigilant against online tech support scams. If you ever encounter a browser popup that suddenly locks your screen, please do not call the number displayed. Instead, hang up and reach out to our team directly.

A special thank you to the wonderful team at the DL Evans Bank South branch in Burley! They recently went above and beyond by guiding a mutual customer to unplug their computer and disconnect from a potential scammer. Your quick thinking saved the day, and we truly appreciate your support in keeping our community safe.

Visited the summit of Baldy Mountain near Salmon to perform maintenance on high-altitude aviation Wi-Fi tower equipment. The view was amazing and it was a valuable learning experience!

Are you in the Burley/Rupert area and have frequent internet outages with Sparklight? We recommend one of the local companies. Anthem, PMT, Fybercom, TDS, or ETS. Even Starlink is a more reliable option. Unsecured lead lines in high winds can cause you to go down. The field technicians with the Internet providers listed above are trained better.

Sometimes we're hired by another IT company for a quick equipment swap. Other technicians just do the job and get out. At Tier 91 we always try to leave a site better than how we found it.

Before/After Photos and a picture showing all cables and equipment no longer in use that were just adding up and causing cables to pile up.

Wish we had additional time for cable management. Would have liked to comb them, bundle them, and secure them cleanly
