📣 Sperasoft is opening a Project Management Internship in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates)!

This is a one-month educational program focused on theory and structured learning. Interns will not be involved in live project work, but instead will gain a clear understanding of how production is built and managed in real-world game development.

During the internship, you’ll explore planning methodologies and production pipelines across art, design, and engineering, and learn how projects move through different lifecycle phases. You’ll build a clear understanding of how teams operate, how decisions are made, and how production is structured end-to-end.

You’ll be mentored by a senior PM with experience on world-famous AAA titles, gaining insights grounded in real production practice.

This is a high-intensity program where you’ll work on actual backlog tasks inside a live project. No training for the sake of training — just real feedback, real expectations, and real pace.
