Meet Joni, an alien resident of the Star Atlas universe! 👽

Working on sci-fi characters often means going beyond the standard use of tools like MetaHuman. Building a realistic human and creating an alien for an Unreal Engine 5 game are two very different challenges, each requiring its own approach.

While working on the characters for Star Atlas together with Automata, we developed a pipeline tailored specifically to these unique requirements, and we're thrilled with the results.

Full throttle! A new racer enters the arena🏁Creating realistic digital humans takes more than great art, it requires the right technology, production pipelines, and scalable workflows.

Working alongside Automata on Star Atlas, Sperasoft developed an end-to-end character production framework in Unreal Engine 5, combining an enhanced MetaHuman pipeline, customization systems, and proprietary automation tools to support the creation of high-fidelity characters at scale.

📣 Sperasoft is opening a Project Management Internship in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates)!

This is a one-month educational program focused on theory and structured learning. Interns will not be involved in live project work, but instead will gain a clear understanding of how production is built and managed in real-world game development.

During the internship, you’ll explore planning methodologies and production pipelines across art, design, and engineering, and learn how projects move through different lifecycle phases. You’ll build a clear understanding of how teams operate, how decisions are made, and how production is structured end-to-end.

You’ll be mentored by a senior PM with experience on world-famous AAA titles, gaining insights grounded in real production practice.
