There is currently a widespread outage that is affecting many internet and cell phone providers in the area, Tristate Wi-Fi included. The issue stems from the storm in Las Vegas, where a large circuit that powers most service providers is currently down.

At this time, we have no estimate of when this issue will be resolved. As soon as the circuit is repaired, your internet and phone service should come back on its own. Please do not press any buttons on the router as this may cause issues once the outage is resolved.

We will let everyone know as soon as we have an update on estimated resolution time. Please keep in mind that our office is having the same service issues, and call volume is much higher than normal. We will answer as quickly as we can, and we appreciate your patience.
