TSi OPENS NEW BUILDING WITH CEREMONIAL EVERGREEN PLANTING

As TSi prepares to open our newest facility, we took a moment to recognize something bigger than a new building. We planted seven evergreen trees at the entrance, each representing one of the seven principles of being Certified Evergreen: Purpose, Perseverance, People First, Private, Profit, Paced Growth, and Pragmatic Innovation. More than landscaping, these trees are a living reminder of the values that have guided our company for nearly four decades and will continue to shape our future for generations to come.
Two of those principles have been especially instrumental in helping TSi become the company it is today. The first is People First. We believe exceptional companies are built by investing in exceptional people. That means creating a culture where employee-owners are trusted, empowered, and encouraged to make decisions that serve our clients and one another. When people know they are valued, they take ownership. When they take ownership, extraordinary things happen.
The second is Paced Growth. We don't believe sustainable growth comes from chasing the next sale at any cost. We believe it comes from taking exceptional care of the clients who have already placed their trust in us. By doing the right thing, building lasting relationships, and growing alongside our clients as they succeed, we've built a business through referrals, trust, and long-term partnerships. This new building is not the result of rapid expansion. It's the result of nearly four decades of earning that trust, one client at a time.
The seven evergreens stand as a tangible symbol of that commitment. They are a stake in the ground as we begin this next chapter, reminding us that while our footprint may grow, the principles that brought us here will remain firmly rooted. Long after today's leaders have passed the torch to the next generation of employee-owners, these trees will continue to grow, serving as a living reminder that the strongest companies are built not simply to grow, but to endure.
Being Certified Evergreen means committing to build a company that's designed to thrive for generations, not just the next quarter. Established by the Tugboat Institute, the Evergreen movement recognizes privately held companies that embrace long-term thinking through principles like Purpose, People First, Paced Growth, and Pragmatic Innovation.
