THE CALL IS COMING FROM INSIDE THE BUILDING.

The thing you've been watching for isn't somewhere outside.
It's already inside.

For years, we've talked about artificial intelligence as something that's coming to physical security.
That conversation is now outdated.

AI is already inside our cameras, analytics, access control systems, monitoring platforms and security operations. It's analyzing information, identifying patterns and changing how security professionals detect, assess and respond to potential threats.

So maybe it's time to stop asking:
"When will AI transform physical security?"
And start asking:
"Now that it's here, what are we going to do with it?"

TSi's white paper, The AI Transformation of Physical Security, written by Lance Holloway, examines where AI is taking our industry, the opportunities it creates, the risks we need to understand and what security leaders should be thinking about now.

Because this isn't a preview of what's coming next.

The transformation has already begun.
Answer the call. Download the white paper.

Regional Manager | Virginia
https://techsystemsinc.com/employment/

At TSi, exceptional customer service starts with exceptional people and the leaders who empower them to succeed.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager in Virginia to provide operational leadership for the technical employee-owners serving our clients throughout the region. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the security integration industry, knows how to develop high-performing teams and shares our belief that taking care of the client should always come first.

The Regional Manager is responsible for the performance and development of technical teams within the territory, including service, preventative maintenance and project operations. This leader will help ensure our people have the training, resources, inventory and support necessary to meet client commitments while maintaining TSi's standards for quality, safety and operational excellence.

Just as importantly, the Regional Manager is responsible for bringing our F.O.C.U.S.™ philosophy, For Our Clients' Ultimate Satisfaction, to life throughout the region. That means creating a culture of accountability, empowering employee-owners to solve problems, maintaining a sense of urgency when clients need us and ensuring that the commitments we make are the commitments we keep.

The role also works closely with Project Management, Account Management and regional leadership to monitor the health of client systems and F.O.C.U.S.™ agreements, identify opportunities for improvement and growth, plan system upgrades and help clients develop long-term road maps for aging or unsupported technology.

We're looking for someone with at least five years of security systems industry experience and a broad understanding of today's security technologies and IP-based systems. Previous management experience within the security industry is preferred. Strong communication, organization, customer service and team-building skills are essential.

Most importantly, we're looking for a leader who understands that success isn't simply measured by schedules, reports and financial performance. It's measured by the performance of your team and the experience of your clients.

TSi is 100% employee-owned, which means the people you're leading aren't simply employees. They're fellow owners.

If you're ready to lead a team, take ownership of the outcome and help build the future of an employee-owned security integrator, we'd like to hear from you.

TSi OPENS NEW BUILDING WITH CEREMONIAL EVERGREEN PLANTING

https://youtu.be/HJ_bwKl6c_E

As TSi prepares to open our newest facility, we took a moment to recognize something bigger than a new building. We planted seven evergreen trees at the entrance, each representing one of the seven principles of being Certified Evergreen: Purpose, Perseverance, People First, Private, Profit, Paced Growth, and Pragmatic Innovation. More than landscaping, these trees are a living reminder of the values that have guided our company for nearly four decades and will continue to shape our future for generations to come.

Two of those principles have been especially instrumental in helping TSi become the company it is today. The first is People First. We believe exceptional companies are built by investing in exceptional people. That means creating a culture where employee-owners are trusted, empowered, and encouraged to make decisions that serve our clients and one another. When people know they are valued, they take ownership. When they take ownership, extraordinary things happen.

The second is Paced Growth. We don't believe sustainable growth comes from chasing the next sale at any cost. We believe it comes from taking exceptional care of the clients who have already placed their trust in us. By doing the right thing, building lasting relationships, and growing alongside our clients as they succeed, we've built a business through referrals, trust, and long-term partnerships. This new building is not the result of rapid expansion. It's the result of nearly four decades of earning that trust, one client at a time.

The seven evergreens stand as a tangible symbol of that commitment. They are a stake in the ground as we begin this next chapter, reminding us that while our footprint may grow, the principles that brought us here will remain firmly rooted. Long after today's leaders have passed the torch to the next generation of employee-owners, these trees will continue to grow, serving as a living reminder that the strongest companies are built not simply to grow, but to endure.

Being Certified Evergreen means committing to build a company that's designed to thrive for generations, not just the next quarter. Established by the Tugboat Institute, the Evergreen movement recognizes privately held companies that embrace long-term thinking through principles like Purpose, People First, Paced Growth, and Pragmatic Innovation.

Taking TSi on the Road: Tech Connect New York

Yesterday, TSi brought clients, technology partners, industry leaders, and solution providers together at Ravenwood Golf Club in Victor, New York, for our latest Tech Connect event.

Tech Connect is about more than demonstrating technology. It's about creating connections.

The challenges facing our clients continue to evolve, and protecting people, facilities, assets, and operations requires more than any single product or technology. It takes collaboration, new ideas, trusted relationships, and the ability to bring the right solutions together.

That's what Tech Connect is designed to do.

Through live demonstrations, interactive exhibits, networking, and plenty of conversation, attendees had the opportunity to explore new technologies, exchange ideas with industry peers, and discover new approaches to protecting the people and organizations they serve.

For TSi, events like this reflect how we approach our business every day. We believe the strongest solutions begin with understanding our clients, building lasting relationships, and working alongside trusted technology partners to solve real-world challenges.

A special thank you to our Tech Connect partners who helped make yesterday's event possible: Acre Security, Ai-RGUS, ASSA ABLOY, Alcatraz AI, Pelco, and ZeroEyes.

And thank you to everyone who joined us in Victor.

Great technology matters. But it's the people, relationships, and ideas behind that technology that turn it into a solution.

Tech Connect takes that philosophy on the road, bringing TSi and our partners directly to the regions where our clients live and work.

To be notified of future TSi Tech Connects, be sure to follow us on Facebook.

Extraordinary customer service shouldn't require a leap of faith.

Anyone can promise great service.

At TSi, we decided a promise wasn't enough.

F.O.C.U.S.™ stands for For Our Clients’ Ultimate Satisfaction, and it's built around something much more tangible: accountability.
We establish defined expectations for response time and system functionality. Then we measure ourselves against them. If we miss those commitments, we don't make excuses. We make it right. In fact, if we don't leave you functional, we pay you.

Over the years, that approach has helped TSi maintain a service success rate of more than 99.9% across tens of thousands of service calls. Not promises, delivery.

But F.O.C.U.S.™ isn't just about a statistic.

It's about giving our clients confidence that when something matters, the people supporting them understand that their reputation is riding on our performance.

That's why extraordinary customer service isn't simply something we talk about at TSi, it's our business model.
We put our name behind it and delivery results.

Football season is almost here. Unfortunately, scammers have a game plan too.

As fans get ready for kickoff, tickets, tailgates and game-day traditions, cybercriminals are preparing to take advantage of the excitement.

Some of the most common football-season scams include:
1. Fake tickets advertised through social media or unofficial marketplaces, often at prices that seem too good to pass up.
2. Counterfeit merchandise sold through websites designed to look like legitimate team or retailer sites.
3. Fake streaming offers promising free or deeply discounted access while attempting to capture payment or personal information.
4. Bogus giveaways and promotions claiming you've won tickets, merchandise or VIP experiences, but requiring money or personal information to collect your "prize."
5. Suspicious payment requests involving gift cards, cryptocurrency, wire transfers or other payment methods that are difficult to reverse.

The best defense isn't complicated: slow down before you click.

Verify websites and sellers. Be skeptical of unexpected links. Don't let a countdown clock or "limited availability" pressure you into making a quick decision. And if an offer seems unbelievably good, take a few minutes to confirm it independently.

At TSi, security is something we think about every day, whether we're protecting a facility, a network or the people who depend on them.

Enjoy the season. Cheer loudly. And make sure the only person getting fooled is the defensive back who bites on the play-action.

Stay aware. Stay secure. And enjoy the game.

Be sure to follow TSi on Facebook for future updates and security tips.

We’re looking for an experienced security professional to join TSi as an Account Manager serving the New England region.

But if you’re looking for a traditional sales job built around chasing transactions and moving on to the next opportunity, TSi may feel a little different.

Our Account Managers are consultants, relationship builders and trusted partners to our clients. They take the time to understand not only what a client is asking for today, but what they may need tomorrow. They work collaboratively to design security solutions, identify opportunities to improve or expand existing systems, introduce new technologies and help clients make smart, long-term decisions about their security programs.

That consultative approach is important because TSi’s business model is built differently.

Our growth has historically come from relationships, referrals and growing alongside our existing clients. We believe that when you consistently do the right thing for your clients, deliver extraordinary service and keep your commitments, growth follows.

That means our Account Managers aren’t simply responsible for winning business.

They’re responsible for earning trust.

As a TSi Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop security installation projects, prepare proposals and budgets, define project scope and deliverables, identify opportunities for system improvements and expansion, develop new relationships within the region, and support the renewal of our F.O.C.U.S.™ Support Services Agreements.

You’ll also become an employee-owner.

TSi is a 100% employee-owned company, which means the people around you have a personal stake in the company’s long-term success. We believe in accountability, empowerment, collaboration and doing what’s right for the client, with the understanding that sustainable business results follow when you take care of people and build relationships that last.

We’re looking for someone with at least three years of technical or sales experience in the security systems integration industry or a related field. You should understand electronic security systems, be comfortable developing and presenting solutions, and have the communication and relationship-building skills necessary to become a trusted resource for your clients.

Just as important, we’re looking for someone who fits the way we do business.

Someone who listens before selling.

Someone who values relationships over transactions.

Someone who sees customer service as part of the sales process, not something that happens after it.

And someone who wants to help build relationships that can last for years, not just close the next deal. If that sounds like the way you believe business should be done, we’d like to talk.

Join TSi and help us continue growing throughout New England, one relationship at a time.

They saw their CFO.
They heard their CFO.
It wasn’t their CFO.

An employee at a multinational company joined a video conference with several people he believed were his colleagues, including the company’s chief financial officer.

They looked real. They sounded real.
They were deepfakes.

By the time the deception was discovered, the employee had been convinced to authorize transactions totaling approximately $25.6 million.

It sounds like science fiction. It isn’t.

And for the physical security industry, there is a much bigger question hiding inside this story:
What happens when seeing someone is no longer enough to verify who they are?

For decades, security systems have been built around establishing identity. Badges. Credentials. Biometrics. Video surveillance. Voice communication. Human verification.

AI is changing the assumptions behind all of them.

As artificial intelligence becomes better at replicating faces, voices and behavior, security professionals will increasingly have to think beyond whether a credential or image appears legitimate and consider how identity itself is authenticated across both physical and digital environments.

That is one of the challenges we explore in TSi's new white paper, The AI Transformation of Physical Security.
AI has enormous potential to make security systems smarter, faster and more effective. But the same technology creating those opportunities is also changing the threats we're being asked to protect against.

The question is no longer whether AI will change physical security.
It's whether we're ready for what happens when it does.

Seven Employee-Owners. One team. One mission.

Some projects test technical expertise. Others test endurance. This one demanded both.

When TSi took on a large-scale camera refresh project in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, our team faced 18-hour days, early mornings, packed city streets, and constant technical challenges.

Success required more than technical skill. It required trust, communication, accountability, and a commitment to one another.

We’re proud to recognize seven employee-owners who demonstrated what happens when talented professionals rally around a common goal and go above and beyond to exceed client expectations.

As their project manager shared:
“Watching them collaborate to identify and resolve these issues was a true example of teamwork and a reflection of the high-quality people we have at TSi. Individuals who go to great lengths to exceed client expectations.”

From transporting equipment through Times Square before sunrise to solving complex network challenges on the fly, every day reinforced an important truth. Extraordinary customer service is never the work of one person.

It’s built by people who trust each other, communicate effectively, and refuse to quit when the job gets tough.

There was even an unexpected celebrity sighting along the way that made for a memorable story, but the real highlight was what this team accomplished together.

We’re celebrating the employee-owners who prove that hard work means showing up for your team, your clients, and the mission every single day.

That’s F.O.C.U.S.™ in action.

We're hiring a Regional Manager to lead our technical operations team and develop the next generation of employee-owners at TSi.

If you're a people-first leader who believes leadership is about inspiring, developing, and empowering others, we'd like to talk with you.

At TSi, we believe the best leaders don't simply oversee operations. They build trust, develop people, remove obstacles, and create an environment where everyone can do their best work.

We're looking for an experienced Regional Manager who shares that philosophy.

In this role, you'll lead a team of talented technical professionals responsible for delivering the extraordinary customer service our clients have come to expect. You'll coach employee-owners, strengthen operations, develop future leaders, and ensure our clients receive the responsiveness, accountability, and quality that have become synonymous with the TSi name.

This position requires strong operational leadership, sound business judgment, and a passion for developing people. You'll oversee technical operations across your region, support project ex*****on, improve service performance, mentor your team, and work closely with clients to ensure their systems continue to perform at the highest level.

But here's what makes this opportunity different...At many companies, managers are measured by numbers.

At TSi, our leaders are measured by the people they develop, the culture they create, and the relationships they build.

As a 100% employee-owned company, every employee-owner has a personal stake in our success. That creates a culture unlike anything you'll find at a traditional organization. We believe in empowering people to make decisions, holding ourselves accountable for the commitments we make, and always doing what's right for our clients. Our philosophy is simple: take care of people, deliver extraordinary customer service, and long-term success will follow.

Joining TSi as a Regional Manager is far more than accepting a new job. It's building a meaningful career with a company that invests in your growth, values your leadership, and gives you the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the people around you.

For the right leader, it doesn't feel like starting over...it feels like coming home.
