FOR THE CONSUMER / CUSTOMER; All delivery via Uber Eats, Grub-Hub and Door Dash can be ordered requesting “NON CONTACT DELIVERY’. Please also take the liberty to educate any delivery service you use that this delivery method exists and is preferred by you. After delivering items at agreed to location, the delivery personnel should text or call from their vehicle to alert you of the delivery. You can then inspect the package and offer a thumbs up to confirm receipt. Any missed or incorrect items should be taken up with a restaurant or retail location and not with the delivery personnel.
TO DELIVERY DRIVERS; In this hypersensitive environment, you can only help if sanitary gloves are worn from pickup to delivery and that these gloves are discarded frequently. In the absence of gloves, approved hand sanitizers are a reasonable alternative.
