A lot of owners get handed a list of keywords and told to write around them, and it produces stiff, repetitive pages that read like they were assembled instead of written. There is a better starting point, and you already have it. Think about the questions you answer out loud every week: the things customers ask on the phone, the explanations you repeat on every estimate, the misunderstandings you correct constantly. Those are search queries, almost word for word, and you know the answers better than any writer ever could. Write the answer the way you would explain it standing in somebody's driveway. Here is the reason so much good content gets abandoned in week three. When a new page goes live, it has to be discovered, then judged against pages that have been collecting links and traffic for years. Yours starts with none of that. It shows up first in low positions for a few specific phrases, then climbs as it earns signals over time. Three things follow from that. Judging a page in its first month tells you nothing. Deleting or rewriting it at six weeks usually resets whatever progress it made. And the single most common reason seasonal content fails is not quality, it is that nobody left enough runway before the season.
