We want to introduce you to one of the most important members of our team, our Lead Developer, Sarah Skillen! Words cannot emphasize how important Sarah is to our team here at FavorDrop; she built and maintains the software we all use! Not only that, but she is an amazing co-worker who always brings a positive, can-do attitude to her work and collaboration. For these reasons, and so many more, we love Sarah!

Sarah’s unique background (including cosmetology before she changed careers) lends well to her approach to coding, giving her an eye for detail and an impressive sense of creativity. Since joining the FavorDrop team in 2022, she has applied her creative perspective to build innovative solutions and enhance the user experience. Sarah is dedicated to crafting code that creates meaningful and impactful connections, contributing to FavorDrop’s mission of transforming the industry.

It's employee highlight time, again! Shawn Ferro has been a part of FavorDrop since its earliest days. He brings a unique blend of technical and entrepreneurial experience to his multiple roles with FavorDrop.

Shawn is a startup founder and innovator; contributing a deep knowledge of engineering and process design to FavorDrop’s operational functioning. At his previous startups his focus was on business grant funding, process design, sustainability, and scalability. At FavorDrop he works behind the scenes in operations as well as with clients in both training and product strategy. Shawn, FavorDrop is so lucky to have you on the team!

Fun Fact: Shawn is local to Buffalo and enjoys hunting, hiking, and canoeing.
