Summer is in full go mode time!!!

This past week the E6AV team wrapped up our first big “away game” and headed outside of Bryan College Station to complete updates across 19 classrooms for another university partner here in Texas.

Projects like this are a great reminder that while home will always be B/CS, our team is building learning environments and supporting customers all across the state.

This trip also happened to be the first official trip for the E6 work truck. It is not fully wrapped yet (still plenty more to come 😎), but we could not resist putting it to work early. We are excited to get the final design completed and fully out on the streets soon.

Most importantly, this project was smooth from start to finish. Nineteen classrooms. Great teamwork. Great ex*****on. Great customer experience.

Really proud of this team and the way they continue to show up, work hard, and represent E6 the right way.

19 down. On to the next one.

Summer kickoff has officially begun at E6AV.

Texas A&M finals wrapped up on Tuesday, May 6th, and our team hit the ground running starting Wednesday morning.

From Wednesday through Friday, the team:
• Deinstalled 12 rooms
• Packed up and stored equipment from 7 rooms
• Delivered new gear to 5 rooms
• Completed internal podium cabling in all 5 rooms
• Ran all room cabling for every one of those spaces

All of that in just three days.

The efficiency, teamwork, attitude, and pride this crew continues to show is incredible. Summer in higher education AV is always a sprint, and this team is absolutely attacking it the right way.

Very proud of this group and the culture we are continuing to build together. The summer rush has officially started, and the team is knocking it out.

Supporting the community that pours so much into Bryan College Station and beyond will always be a core part of who we are at E6AV.

We were proud to sponsor and participate in the FCA Aggieland Golf Tournament yesterday, helping support an organization that is making a real impact in the lives of young athletes, coaches, and students across our area. Fellowship of Christian Athletes works to lead and develop the next generation through faith, integrity, service, and leadership both on and off the field.

One of the biggest highlights of the day was hearing from Sam Whitmarsh, NCAA National Champion in the 800m, as he shared his incredible testimony and faith journey. His humility, character, and message were powerful reminders of the kind of leadership our youth need today. Sam is not only an elite athlete, but also an outstanding role model for the next generation.

At E6AV, we believe success is about more than business. It is about using our platform to serve, invest, and give back to the community that has given so much to us.

We are thankful to be a small part of events like this and look forward to continuing to support organizations that are building stronger futures.

At E6 Audiovisual, being part of this community means more than just the work we do every day. It means showing up, giving back, and investing in the people and organizations that make this place special.

Our founder and CEO, Chris Evans, is proud to serve as a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of the Brazos Valley and as Tournament Chair for the Legends and Letterman Golf Tournament, the club’s primary fundraising effort each year.

This year’s tournament was an incredible success. From the teams on the course to the sponsors and supporters behind the scenes, it was a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together for a greater purpose.

At E6, we believe success is not just measured by projects completed, but by the impact we make beyond them. We are incredibly thankful to be part of a community that gives so much to us, and we are committed to continuing to serve, support, and give back in every way we can.

Fridays in the shop look a little different around here.

While some are winding down, we are ramping up. Staging racks, prepopulating podiums, and precommissioning NVX systems so everything is ready before it ever hits campus.

This is where we gain efficiency. By building, labeling, testing, and dialing everything in ahead of time, we are able to significantly reduce time onsite, minimize disruptions, and deliver a smoother install for our customers.

Less guesswork in the field. More confidence on day one.

A lot of the real work happens right here in the warehouse before a single cable is pulled.

There are moments when you stop for just a second and realize how fast everything is moving.

What started as a dream has turned into something we are incredibly proud of. The growth at E6AV has been nothing short of exponential, and it is both exciting and humbling at the same time.

We are currently working on projects that still feel surreal to say out loud. From inside Kyle Field to a command center supporting an autonomously flown Blackhawk helicopter, to projects lined up across multiple campuses throughout Texas, the opportunities in front of us continue to grow every single day.

Right here at home in Bryan/College Station, we are building strong relationships with incredible customers and partners. At the same time, we are investing back into the business with new company vehicles, working through wrap designs, and continuing to build the foundation the right way.

Growth like this is fun. It is also challenging. It pushes you, stretches you, and demands more every day but that is exactly what makes it worth it.

We are extremely thankful for every customer, every partner, and every person who has trusted us along the way. None of this happens without that support.

And the truth is, we are just getting started.

In the very near future, we will be expanding our team. If you are someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys being part of something that is growing fast, and wants to help build something special, we would love to connect and start some conversations!

Let’s keep building!

Today is a special day for our family and one that fills us with a lot of pride.

Calleigh Evans, one of the six that make up E6, has officially announced that she will be attending Texas A&M University.

For those who may not know the story behind our company name, E6 stands for the Evans family of six. Beth and I built E6AV around our family and the values that have guided us throughout our lives. Beth and I both have earned degrees from Texas A&M, our oldest daughter Libby is currently a sophomore there, and now Calleigh will soon be joining her in Aggieland. That means four of the six “E’s” will have walked or will walk the campus at Texas A&M.

That is something we are incredibly proud of.

Texas A&M has given our family so much over the years. It shaped our education, created lifelong friendships, and helped build the foundation for the careers and opportunities we have today. In many ways, the university helped make our family what it is.

It also makes the work we do through E6 Audiovisual even more meaningful. The Texas A&M System is our largest customer, and every project we complete on campus carries a little extra weight for us. When we walk into a classroom, boardroom, or command center to design and install technology, we are not just doing another job. We are helping support the same university that has played such a major role in our family’s story.

There is a deep sense of pride in being able to give back in that way.

Calleigh, we are so proud of you and excited to watch your journey begin in Aggieland. Seeing another Evans headed to Texas A&M is a special moment for our family and a reminder of how strong the Aggie roots run in our home.

The E6 legacy continues.

Community is not just where we work. It is who we are.

Everything we do at E6AV is rooted in the Brazos Valley. Our families are here. Our kids go to school here. Our team lives here. The relationships we build in business are the same relationships we see at church, at youth sports, at school events, and at local fundraisers.

That is why serving this community is personal to me.

I am honored to serve as a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of the Brazos Valley and as Chair of this year’s Legends & Letterman Golf Tournament, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year.

For 35 years, this tournament has brought together leaders, former athletes, local businesses, and families, all united around one mission: creating opportunity for kids in our community. The Boys and Girls Club provides safe spaces, mentorship, academic support, meals, and life changing programs for youth who need it most. The impact is real, and it is happening right here at home.

When we invest in these kids, we invest in the future of the Brazos Valley.

This tournament is one of the most powerful ways we make that investment each year, and there are still ways to get involved.

-Only one team spot remains.
-Multiple hole sponsorships are still available.
-We are raffling off a brand new Ranger.
You can purchase raffle tickets directly from me.

Whether you sponsor, play, donate, or help spread the word, you are helping shape futures.

At E6AV, we believe success is not just measured by projects completed or revenue grown. It is measured by impact. Serving this community is not something we do on the side. It is central to who we are.

If you would like to support the Club, secure the final team spot, become a sponsor, or purchase raffle tickets, reach out to me directly. I would love to connect.

Let us continue building something that lasts together.

Not every project is a brand new system.
Sometimes it’s about taking what’s already there… and making it right.

Take a look at the before and after pictures!

Same core equipment.
Same room.
Completely different result.

Before:
• Equipment scattered
• Visible cabling everywhere
• No clear system layout
• Difficult to service or scale

After:
• Clean cable management
• Consolidated equipment location
• Organized signal flow
• Professional, serviceable install

This project wasn’t about adding more gear.
It was about improving the experience, the aesthetics, and the long term functionality of the room.

Clean systems don’t just look better.
They perform better.
They last longer.
They are easier to support.

Sometimes the biggest upgrade isn’t new technology.
It’s thoughtful ex*****on.

From 110 inches to 136 inches. Precision at every scale.

Two recent installs. Two very different systems. One common theme.

Ex*****on.

The first time lapse captures a 110 inch display install. Clean mounting. Precise alignment. Cable management that disappears once the screen goes live. This is the kind of work most people never notice and that’s exactly the point.

The second time lapse shows a 136 inch direct view LED video wall coming together. Substructure. Panels. Power. Data. Calibration. Every step matters because once it’s powered on, there is nowhere to hide.

Commercial AV is not just about big screens. It is about planning, coordination, and installing systems that work on day one and keep working long after the room is occupied.

From large format displays to direct view LED, this is what engineered delivery looks like.

Proud of our team and grateful for customers who trust us with mission critical spaces.
