Good aftewrnoon folk, we apparenlty have some ip numbers that are not routing. It is affecting a couple fo our hosting servers. We are working on the issue and wil keep you updated.

4 hour maintenance window for GKG SMTP server.

Tuesday September 24th, 2024, from 12 PM to 4 PM CST.

We will be taking down parts of our email system for hardware maintenance Tuesday at noon CST this week. This will NOT affect any email for hosting accounts or your domains. It will affect email using the GKG smtp server, which is mostly internal but it does include some GKG Notification email and our support email account.

We will be available via phone and chat and our domain system will not be affected.

SSL cert installed and registries re-connected with new SSL. We should be back to normal.

Good evening folks, authorize.net is having issues so our transactions are not clearing. Authorize.net is one of the biggest merchant gateways around so they are affecting many sites. As soon as they are back up our transactions should start flowing again. It looks like they are getting close but there is no info from them yet. We just wanted to let you know why they weren't going through currently.

Our maintenance window is over. We have moved to our new circuit and router and everything appears to be operating normally. There may still be some lingering propagation issues but those will work themselves out over the next 24 hours. Let us know if you see anything out of the ordinary with a hosting account.
