I was in a deep meditation session. In my mind’s eye, I kept seeing a purple door with the black of space all around and swirling green energy. It might not mean anything but I tried to recreate it with the help of artificial intelligence at least for creative purposes

My Dad, Kerry Coe. Navy aviator during the Vietnam War. Many combat flights off of the USS Enterprise. Undefeated. He was also the officer tasked with going through the personal effects of those Navy aviators who did not survive in order to send the belongings back to widows and family.

Haven’t been active on this page for awhile. Had my nose to the grindstone, working overtime a good bit, as a hospital RN, chipping away at debts. Now, re-focusing on trading stocks, cryptocurrencies and forex again with small amounts. If one area isn’t hot, you can always trade one of the others.
—best rules I have learned—minimize losses. Even the great millionaire traders have their share of losing trades. A key is to keep a losing trade from becoming a big loss. Be consistent. There is a great stock trader named Bao Nguyen who goes by the nickname “Modern Rock” —he started as a young immigrant from Vietnam and became a multimillionaire. Bao notes that for stocks, there are 252 trading days per year and if you average just $400 per trading day, that’s already $100,000 a year. (And cryptocurrencies trade 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you add that to the mix).

I am pretty excited about the bargain prices to get ready to buy some crypto currency on this dip. Going to just kind of watch for a couple days or so. Definitely not selling any more right now. Glad that I did take profits at intervals when various digital currencies spiked a lot in a short time span over the past several weeks. This is why I don’t just buy and hold. I like to lock in some profits on spikes and buy on dips.

Holistic Abundance doesn't mean just finances...also important to work on developing the mind, body, etc. I turn 60 this year so my new photo at the gym isn't going to be as flattering as some of the young folks working out consistently...but you can still get benefits from exercise, both physically and mentally, even if you are getting older.
