I wanted to inform you that there are upgrade happening on all towers in Brownwood. This will be ongoing for at least 30 days. Today there are major interruptions resulting in dropped calls and slow data speeds. I assure you this is necessary as these upgrade will bring extended range 5G and Ultra Capacity 5G to Brownwood. Thank you for your understanding and feel free to contact your local store for additional information. We apologize for the inconvenience as it is our top priority to keep you connected to your friends and family. Rest assured we are working to make sure our network performs to expectation and that will live up to being the fastest and most reliable 5G network in the US.
