Intuit is introducing their own AI product, AI Assist, to enhance their product line including Credit Karma, QuickBooks Online, and Mail Chimp this year. These products hold lots of data and AI can do much with it.

In Mail Chimp it will use your product pictures to design an email campaign, customize the mailing list and automate the roll out. Better yet it will analyze the success of the campaign. In Credit Karma, AI Assist will help you find the right financial products for you, and deal with the applications. Time Saver! AI Assist will help you monitor your financial data in QBO.

Will be interesting to see how this all goes. But I can tell you this I am still driving my own damn vehicle. IDrive not AI.

QuickBooks Desktop 2024 is being rolled out this month. The theme of this years release is Operate more Efficiently and Securely with Enterprise 2024. Some new features such as the Cash Flow Hub in the picture below have been added. Effective Dec. 1 the Colorado Department of Revenue has made a big change to the sales tax rules. It especially affects companies that sell in multiple jurisdictions. Service businesses like residential plumbers, locksmiths, HVAC will be impacted the most. Changes in accounting software setup will be necessary to comply.
