We are hiring Tower Techs W2 for primarily Florida work and out of market work occasionally. Lodging provided out of town but local Florida candidates will be required to meet at base located in Brooksville Florida for daily commute in company vehicles. Experience preferred but will train the right person. I’ve noticed the trend in social media about “blue collar men”

Basically women saying they want a blue collar man with a blue collar job

I love a man in uniform just as much as the next girl. But these men are so much more than that.

A “blue collar man”

>>Works long hours. I don’t mean 8-5 Monday-Friday. I mean 12 hour shifts 6-7 days a week. Sometimes more.

>>Comes home FILTHY. Jeans, shirt, socks, boots. All of it. Which sometimes requires an extensive power wash before even getting to the washer.

>>They work away from home a lot of the time. Which means crappy hotels & fast food.

>>They are stressed. If they mess up they don’t get a slap on the wrist. If these guys mess up someone could be seriously hurt or worse.

>>They are strong. They are their brothers keeper.

But to be married to a “blue collar man” is so many different things

>>It’s getting up at 5 am to hand him his coffee and lunch when he’s barely awake himself

>>It’s washing his nasty work clothes for him because he worked his ass off to sweat through them

>>It’s being supportive and understanding of his long hours even when you miss him like hell

>It’s learning how to be a single mom when he is gone

>>It’s learning to be independent

>>It’s learning to be stronger than you ever thought

>>It’s learning a whole new appreciation for the men that have built this country

Your “blue collar man” is much more than a sweaty brow and a uniform.
