Walk into Sen Saigon in Manhattan and you will notice something before you even smell the food. The colors. Pink, green and white, on the menu, on the walls, on every tea bottle label. It is a vegan Vietnamese restaurant run by Nguyen Hawks and Erik Dornbush Hawks, and every piece of packaging tells you exactly who they are.

That did not happen by accident. Sen Saigon printed their custom labels and menus with Post Heritage, and used their brand colors on every container that leaves the kitchen. A tea bottle with a plain label is just a tea bottle. A tea bottle with their branding on it is a tiny advertisement that customers carry out the door and remember later.

Small businesses often think branding is something you deal with once you have grown bigger. Sen Saigon proves it works the other way. The branding is what helps you grow.

A note before this: we are sharing this with care, and with our friend Ife’s story in mind, not as a typical project spotlight.

Our friend Ife came to us during one of the hardest weeks of her life. Her brother had passed away, and she needed to print the funeral program in just a few days. She had designed it herself, an 8 page tribute meant to honor him, and she was afraid it would not be ready in time.

We printed the program as an 8 page saddle stitch booklet on 80lb matte cover stock, and hand rolled each copy so it came out the way it deserved to. It was finished a full day before the deadline.

Some print jobs matter more than others. This was one of them, and we were honored Ife trusted us with it.

He had no idea what his table cover should look like. So we found the answer in his mission.

Rashaun, founder of Prolific Consulting Services, reached out to Post Heritage for an 8 foot table cover for an upcoming event. He did not have a design in mind, so our team studied his website, found the words and themes behind his mission to empower youth and professionals, and built design options he could choose from.

Rashaun picked his favorite and added the finishing touch himself: Unlock the greatness within.

Chef Brian at Mizu Hibachi and Steakhouse in Staten Island came to us for a simple menu redesign. He'd tried a few other printing companies before us, but nothing quite hit the mark. 🍽️

When we dug in, we found the real issue: Mizu didn't have a website at all, and the photos and messaging out there weren't doing the food justice. In today's world, most customers decide where to eat before they ever pick up the phone — so that gap mattered a lot more than a menu ever could.

We built Mizu a full brand identity, enhanced Chef Brian's own photos to bring out their best quality (while keeping them 100% authentic), and built a brand-new website designed to bring in new customers before they even walk through the door.

Since launching on February 1, 2026, the site has brought in over 8,500 visitors and counting! 📈

We're just getting started — more marketing programs are on the way to keep Mizu thriving right here in Staten Island.
