Take a look behind the scenes at IS&T's involvement at this morning's senior breakfast.
🍳 A 65 year tradition for the graduating class where the Commencement speaker is revealed. The event takes over the entire GSU!

Student tables are spread out through both ballrooms, the Back Court, Ziskind Lounge, throughout the Food Court and the East Balcony.

🔊IS&T’s Learning & Event Technology Services (LETS) team runs AV/IT elements, including displays & speakers, taking the video feed provided by BU Productions. 🖥️ We set up and run the screens and speakers throughout the GSU so you can watch the event even if you’re not in the ballroom.

It's a massive undertaking!

Encrypt your data for safer browsing
MyPrint – remote printing to campus printers
Shared drives / departmental servers
Remote desktop / lab machine access
