After a full year of going non-stop, it's time for this one-man operation to take a much-needed breather.
This past year was something special — navigating a new normal and proving that local tech support can come *to you*, wherever you are. And after nearly 15 years in business, the transition to a truly mobile model has been one of the most rewarding chapters yet. Thank you for growing with me through that. It means everything.
**We're officially on vacation July 4–12 — and fully unplugged.**
During that time, I will not be answering phones, emails, or messages. If you need to get on the schedule before I head out, reach out by **July 1** to lock in a home pickup or drop-off. After that, the next available service window is **July 14 or later.**
When I'm back on July 14, I'll work through every call, email, and message in the order it was received. I promise I will get to every single one of you — just please be patient with me. I'm just one guy.
