Dear Google Play representative,
We are stumped. As far as we can tell, nothing in our app OR its metadata is misleading, irrelevant, excessive, or inappropriate.
In the example you gave us, 拼字游戏 literally means “game of putting words together” in Chinese. It specifically refers to games (in general) where you form words from letters. It is not a Chinese translated name for Scrabble. It is not a copyright violation.
1. It is not misleading as Elexi is a game where you form words from letters.
2. It is not irrelevant as it describes our game exactly.
3. I really don’t think there is anything excessive about those four words.
4. I also don’t see how describing the game is inappropriate.
Because of this, we really don’t know where our app violates “We don’t allow apps with misleading, irrelevant, excessive, or inappropriate metadata, which include the app’s description, title, icon, screenshots, and promotional images.” Please help us to identify the exact issue so that we can address it.
Best regards,
