💡 Did You Know: Strobel technique (or Strobel construction) is a footwear manufacturing method where the upper part of a shoe is stitched directly to a flexible, fabric insole (the “Strobel sock”) using a specialized machine, creating a soft, sock-like pouch. The outsole is then glued to the bottom
