One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that getting subcontractors to actually complete and update punch items is usually the biggest bottleneck. Most systems require another app, another login, or endless follow-up.

Here's the problem with every punch list system out there: subs need to download an app, create an account, remember a password — just to mark a door hinge fixed.
So we killed that step.
With our Punch App, your sub scans a QR code in the unit with their phone camera. No app. No login. No account. They see their open items right there, snap a photo, mark it done. Under 30 seconds.
That's it. That's the whole friction point, gone.

We're uBuild Systems — built by construction guys, for construction guys.
We spent years in the field watching punch lists live in group texts, spreadsheets nobody updates, and subs who "forgot" to close items. So we built our own tools to fix it on our own projects.
